The TEAM Philly Race Training prepares runners for the Philadelphia Marathon and Half Marathon each year. Head Coach Ross Martinson has a 14-week training program mapped out to provide flexible training options for newcomers and seasoned runners alike.

More than just an exercise schedule, you’ll get advice on proper shoes/apparel, cross-training, strength conditioning, and injury prevention and treatment.

Weekly scheduled runs allow you connect with other area runners that train at your pace. Running with others is more fun, keeps you motivated, and is a great way to meet people with similar interests in your hometown city.

We’ve teamed up with Active Trainer coaches to create half- and full-marathon programs that balance the physical benefits of aerobic, anaerobic and cross-training workouts into one unique training program.
